I. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

IV. Order Changes & Cancellations
Order Modifications
Requests to change your order (such as delivery address, size, or quantity) must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, your order may already be in processing or transit, and changes may no longer be possible.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, the order will likely have entered our fulfilment system and cannot be cancelled. If you need urgent assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
V. Delivery Issues & Claims
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim.

Clear photographs of the outer packaging (for damaged items)

A photograph of the packing slip (for missing items)

A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review or compensation.
Important Note on Packaging Damage
If the external packaging is damaged during transit, but the product inside remains intact and fully functional, the item will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Tracking Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received
If your tracking information shows the parcel as delivered, but you have not received it:

Claims regarding parcels marked as delivered must be submitted to us within 7 days of the delivery status update.
